A voluntary Swimming Club, formed in November 1969, by the then serving mayor George Sloan. A family friendly club who encourages swimmers and parents alike to get involved at all levels. All involved in the club do so on a voluntary basis and dedicate a significant amount of personal time and energy into making it so successful.
