The Share Discovery Village on the shores of the stunning Upper Lough Erne hosted the final Big Bay Swim of the season on Sunday and with a light breeze, water temperatures of 14.7°C it provided perfect conditions for the event.
With the well-established distances of 3km, 1.5km and 750m, attracting a mix of juniors and seniors, the change of course design and fresh water provided a unique opportunity to challenge everyone’s open water swimming skills. After their swims everyone enjoyed a tasty BBQ, whilst prizes sponsored by Cosimac Ltd were awarded.
